Located in the heart of North Portland, off N. Morris, Prism Health serves the Eliot neighborhood. Established in 2024 as Prism’s second LGBTQ primary health clinic, it was launched as an extension of the Cascade AIDS Project. The Morris location complements the original clinic on SE Belmont, with both sites providing specialized care for the LGBTQ community and remaining committed to delivering inclusive and affirming healthcare services to all.
